1. Why do we have this merchandise shop?

This merchandise shop is part of Oriflame UK & Ireland’s next steps as the Beauty Hub and has been created exclusively for our Beauty Entrepreneurs.

It’s a small pilot project, designed to offer a select range of branded hoodies and t-shirts in a simple, on-demand way. The shop exists separately from our main Oriflame ecommerce platform and has been set up with care by the local team.

As this is a pilot, we’re still learning as we go, and we really appreciate your support and feedback as we continue to develop this offering 🤍

2. How are the items made — and why?

All merchandise is made to order using a professional print-on-demand partner.

This means:

  • Items are produced only after an order is placed

  • We don’t hold stock

  • Each piece is made specifically for you

This approach helps us to:

  • Reduce waste and overproduction

  • Avoid excess stock

  • Support more sustainable, considered production

Because items are made to order, production times are different from standard off-the-shelf products.

3. I’m an Oriflame Beauty Entrepreneur — do these orders give me BP or BV?

No — purchases from the Oriflame Merchandise Shop do not generate BP or BV and sit separately from your Oriflame business.

This shop exists as a standalone pilot, created to meet the incredible demand and wishes from our community for branded merchandise. Keeping it separate allows us to offer merch in a simple, on-demand way while we test and learn as part of our Beauty Hub journey.

This pilot exists because of the community — and we’re so grateful for your enthusiasm and support 🤍

4. If the items are made to order, what are the production and delivery times?

Production

All items are made to order. Production typically takes around 3–7 working days, depending on the item and time of year. During busy periods, this may take slightly longer.

Delivery

Delivery time is in addition to production time and depends on:

  • Your delivery location (UK or Ireland)

  • The shipping option selected at checkout

Once your order has been produced and dispatched, you’ll receive a dispatch confirmation and tracking details, where available.

Please note:

  • Delivery dates shown are estimates, not guarantees

  • Orders cannot be expedited once production has started

5. Can I cancel or change my order?

Because all items are made to order, orders:

  • Cannot be cancelled once production has started

  • Cannot be changed after ordering

We strongly recommend checking product details and the size guide carefully before placing your order.

6. What is the returns policy?

❌ Change of mind & sizing

As items are made to order, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size ordered

  • Personal preference

✅ Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives:

  • Faulty

  • Damaged

  • Misprinted

Please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 30 days of delivery, by emailing info@oriflame.co.uk with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos showing the issue

In most cases, we’ll ask you to return the item to us for inspection. Please do not return any items until you have contacted us and received confirmation.

Once the issue has been confirmed, we’ll arrange either:

  • A replacement item, or

  • A full refund

Approved return postage costs will be reimbursed — please retain proof of postage.
