These Terms of Service apply to all purchases made through the Oriflame UK & Ireland Merchandise Shop.
By placing an order through this store, you agree to the terms set out below.
ABOUT THIS STORE
The Oriflame UK & Ireland Merchandise Shop is a standalone online store created as part of Oriflame UK & Ireland’s Beauty Hub pilot. It exists separately from Oriflame’s main ecommerce platform and offers a small, curated range of branded merchandise.
This store has been created exclusively for Beauty Entrepreneurs and operates independently from the Oriflame compensation plan, product catalogue and ordering systems.
ELIGIBILITY & USE
This store is intended for personal use only. Products purchased from this store are not for resale.
Purchases made through this store do not generate Business Points (BP), Bonus Value (BV), or any other form of compensation within the Oriflame business.
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or limit quantities at our discretion where misuse is suspected.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
All merchandise sold through this store is produced on demand and made specifically for each order.
Because items are made to order:
• We do not hold stock
• Items cannot be resold
• Minor variations in colour or print placement may occur
Product images are for illustrative purposes only. While we take care to ensure accuracy, slight variations may occur as part of the production process.
PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices are shown at checkout and include applicable taxes where required.
Payment is taken at the time of order. Orders will not enter production until payment has been successfully processed.
We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been placed and confirmed.
PRODUCTION & DELIVERY
All items are made to order. Production typically takes around 3–7 working days, depending on the item and time of year. During busy periods, production may take longer.
Delivery time is additional to production time and depends on:
• Delivery location (United Kingdom or Ireland)
• Shipping option selected at checkout
Delivery dates provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Once production has started, orders cannot be amended, cancelled or expedited.
CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES
Due to the made-to-order nature of the products:
• Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started
• Orders cannot be changed after submission
Customers are responsible for ensuring all order details, including size and delivery address, are correct before completing checkout.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Our Returns & Refunds Policy forms part of these Terms of Service and should be read alongside them.
In summary:
• We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing or personal preference
• Faulty, damaged or incorrect items are fully supported in line with consumer law

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If an item arrives faulty, damaged, misprinted or not as described, customers should contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 30 days of delivery.
Customers must not return items without contacting us first and receiving confirmation.
Where a fault is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or a full refund and reimburse reasonable return postage costs.
LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms of Service limits or excludes our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for faulty goods under applicable consumer law.
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to postal delays, supply chain disruption, or force majeure events.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All designs, logos and branding used on merchandise sold through this store remain the intellectual property of Oriflame.
Products may not be copied, reproduced or used for commercial purposes without permission.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
As this store operates as a pilot, we may update these Terms of Service from time to time.
Any changes will apply only to orders placed after the updated terms have been published.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
This does not affect the statutory rights of consumers in Ireland or elsewhere.
