RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

This policy applies to purchases made through the Oriflame UK & Ireland Merchandise Shop.

All merchandise sold via this store is produced on demand and made specifically for each order.

CHANGE OF MIND, CANCELLATIONS & SIZING

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges or cancellations for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect size ordered
• Personal preference

Orders cannot be amended or cancelled once production has started.

Customers are strongly advised to check product details and size guides carefully before placing an order.

FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If an item arrives faulty, damaged, misprinted or not as described, customers are entitled to a remedy in line with consumer law.

Please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 30 days of delivery, by emailing info@oriflame.co.uk

and including:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographic evidence

Please do not return any items until you have contacted us and received confirmation.

RETURNS FOR INSPECTION

In most cases, faulty or incorrect items will need to be returned to us for inspection before a refund or replacement can be issued. This allows us to investigate the issue and work with our production partner.

We recommend using a tracked postal service and retaining proof of postage, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS

Once a returned item has been received and the issue confirmed, we will offer either:

• A replacement item
• A full refund

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of confirmation.

RETURN POSTAGE COSTS

Where a fault is confirmed, we will reimburse reasonable return postage costs, including returns from Ireland. Proof of postage is required.

We are unable to reimburse:

• Express or premium return services
• Costs incurred without prior approval

SHIPPING LOCATIONS

This policy applies to orders delivered to both the United Kingdom and Ireland.

STATUTORY RIGHTS

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer law in the UK and EU, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
